Full description

This critical edition of Cant espiritual by Xavier Montsalvatge is the result of the recording I conducted in 1994 with the Orfeó Català and the (aleshores anomenada) Orquestra Ciutat de Barcelona. On that occasion Montsalvatge made a number of small changes to the orchestration and my contribution was limited to faithfully transcribing the contents of the final version.
